Rooted in Science and Reggio Emilia Philosophy

Our programs are built on solid science and inspired by the Reggio Emilia Philosophy. We work closely with experts like occupational therapists, fitness instructors, and psychologists to make sure everything we do helps kids grow in all areas. We believe in letting kids explore and learn in their own way, just like the Reggio Emilia Philosophy teaches. From learning new skills to making friends, our programs are designed to help kids grow and have fun along the way.

How it all started

Allsportz was founded by Alex Shrayer, who had a simple yet powerful goal: to help his daughters improve their sporting skills, motor development, confidence, and social participation. This personal mission led to the creation of Allsportz, a place where play meets growth and children of all abilities can thrive.

Sam, Alex’s youngest daughter, attended her first Allsportz class at the age of 15 months. Growing up amidst the programs, Sam developed a passion for sports and movement that paralleled her father’s vision.

Today, Sam is not only a testament to the success of Allsportz but also a proud co-owner alongside her dad.

Together, Alex and Sam are committed to providing all children with the tools they need to live a fulfilling life with confidence. Their mission is to create inclusive, engaging programs that foster skill development, teamwork, and personal growth.
