Parents agree that by enrolling in our programs they are allowing their children to participate at their own risk.
In agreeing to attend an Allsportz Program:
• I release and forever discharge Allsportz from all claims that I may have or may have had arising from, or in connection with, my child and an Allsportz program; and
• I indemnify, will keep indemnified and hold Allsportz harmless, to the extent permitted by law in respect of any claim as a result of or in connection with an Allsportz program.
I warrant that I will notify Allsportz staff and Reception, as well as provide appropriate medication/action plans, regarding any preexisting medical conditions as well as any disorder or injuries that would render it unsafe or harmful to participate in an Allsportz class.
I have read, and I consent, for my child to participate in an Allsportz program and understand the risk involved in any sporting and general activities.
I acknowledge that Allsportz uses its best endeavours to ensure that the equipment and sporting facilities used in the program, are safe and fit, for purpose and acknowledge that all sports may be inherently dangerous.
I have voluntarily read and accept the inherent associated risks. “Allsportz Programs” include all programs and activities that your child participates in during our courses and classes. This includes, but is not limited to, any organised sport, training, facilities and activities provided by Allsportz.
Cancellation policy for Sportz45 (S45)
By enrolling in our Sportz45 classes, you are committing to a service contract for a complete term. We do not offer refunds if there is an issue with the service that is outside of our control.
i.e – a change of mind.
We offer a FREE TRIAL to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our program prior to enrolling.
Please refer to our make-up policy for any missed classes.
Our system will automatically hold your free trial spot in your selected class, up until the end of the selected date.
For example: You’ve booked a trial for Monday 13th 9:00-9:45am Under 2.25 Sportz45 class. Allsportz will reserve a spot in that class for your child, until the Monday 13th 11:59pm. After that, your spot will get released back to the public. If you would like to re-schedule your trial date, you MUST notify Allsportz on info@allsportz.com.au prior to your booked in trial session.
Therefore, no refunds are available.
Cancellation policy for KinderSportz classes
By enrolling into our KinderSportz full term program, you are committing to a service contract for a complete term. We do not offer refunds if there is an issue with the service that is outside of our control.
i.e – a change of mind.
We offer CASUAL sessions to ensure that our customers can try the program before committing to a full term and are satisfied with our program prior to enrolling.
We do NOT offer refunds for any CASUAL classes booked if the issue is once again, outside of our control.
Cancellation policy for Private Lessons
By enrolling into our afternoon one-on-one sport, bike riding or skating sessions, you are committing to a service contract for a complete term (half term for bike riding sessions). We do not offer refunds if there is an issue with the service that is outside of our control.
i.e – a change of mind.
If your classes are held outdoors, a ‘hot day’ and ‘wet day’ policy applies for cancellations.
If the weather exceeds 36 degrees Celsius, a make-up session can be organised for that day.
If it starts raining and your class can NOT be completed, a make-up session can be organised for that day.
In order to be valid for a makeup class, Allsportz must be notified 24hrs prior to your booking of your cancelation. This is to allow enough time for us to amend our court bookings and coaches.
Cancellation policy for Holiday Program
As our school holiday program is cash only, there are no cancellation fees!
Make-up class policy for Sportz45 (S45) and KinderSportz Classes
If your child is unable to attend a class, a make-up class may be available.
We cannot guarantee there will be availability in all classes. A maximum of two (2) make-up classes per term are available. Make-up classes do not carry over to the next term. However, credit remaining from missed classes, can be used in the immediate holiday program following the term. To book a make-up class for our Sportz45 (S45) or KinderSportz programs, please contact our customer service team at info@allsportz.ocm.au.
In order to be valid for a make-up class, Allsportz MUST be notified of your absence 24 hours prior to your reserved session.
Please note: All make-up sessions are subject to availability. If your child’s program is fully book for the remainder of the term, we offer credit to be rolled over to our immediate holiday program.
No make-up sessions are granted for Casual KindaSportz classes.
Make-up class policy for Private Lessons sessions
In order to be valid for a make-up class, Allsportz MUST be notified of your absence 24 hours prior to your reserved session.
Private (one-on-one) Lessons – If your child is unable to attend a class and we have been notified within the appropriate time, a make-up class may be available. We cannot guarantee there will be availability in all classes. A maximum of two (2) make-up classes per term are available. Make-up classes do not carry over to the next term. However, credit remaining from missed classes, can be used in the immediate holiday program following the term.
Fee Payment for Sportz45 (S45) classes
Following your FREE TRIAL, if you wish to continue, you will be charged for the remainder of the term. All bookings are term-based, meaning you will only be charged for classes from the day you sign up to the end of the term. We are structured this way to ensure your child is secured in a permanent class.
All fees must be paid before the commencement of each term. If fees are not paid by this time, your child can NOT attend a session.
If fees are not paid by this time, your child can NOT attend any further classes until that is completed.
Our Sportz45 program does NOT accept casual bookings.
Fee Payment for KinderSportz classes

If you are booked into our KinderSportz casual sessions (2hr, 3hr or 4hr), all payment must be made either online or in the centre prior to your child attending the class. Your child can NOT attend a casual session without payment.

All fees are payed on the day.
Your child can NOT attend a session if payment is not completed in the morning.
Photography
From time to time your child may be photographed or videoed whilst undertaking an Allsportz class. Such media might be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to reproduction on the Allsportz social media platform, website use, marketing tools etc.
By enrolling in an Allsportz program you agree to such use by Allsportz.
Parents are NOT to take videos or photographs that include other children in the class without the permission of that parent/guardian.
Sibling Policy
Siblings of enrolled children are not permitted to participate in Allsportz classes. If you have siblings attending, you must ensure that they remain off the court and do not interfere with any equipment being used throughout the class duration. This is to ensure that we are providing a fair program to all students and families involved.
Food and drink for Sportz45 (S45) and Private Lessons
Our Sportz45 and Private Lesson classes do not schedule a food and drink break and have strict NO FOOD and NO DRINKS on the court policy.
Food and drink for KinderSportz and Holiday Program
All 2-hour, 3-hour, 4-hour, 6-hour and 8-hour classes, require parents to provide food and drink for their child. We are a strictly NO NUTS centre. If any form of nuts is found within lunches, they will be removed and thrown away. If your child has any allergies, it is your duty to inform Allsportz staff.
Please note: Allsportz MUST be notified of ALL allergies as well as be supplied with appropriate medication and action plans etc.
Parent Participation
Allsportz is NOT a parental participation program. Parents are thus not required to stay within the centre. Parent participation limits the growth in child independence, social interaction and self-esteem. However, if your child is unsettled or suffers from any disorder, parental/guardian support is permitted.
We implement such rules to ensure that the program can run efficiently with minimal disruptions.
Siblings Discounts for Holiday Program classes
Allsportz offers a $5 off sibling discount that is applied to every child after your 1st.
For example, if the cost was $60 for a session: Child 1 $60, Child 2 $55, Child 3 $55 = $170 (Save $10). Discounts ONLY apply to siblings, not extended family.
Government Forced Temporary Closures (e.g. Pandemic / Epidemic)
In the rare case of a government forced closure, all Allsportz classes will be put on pause. All client credit will remain on Allsportz accounts and will be carried over to appropriate dates. Dates will be varied according to the presented issue.
