Who We Hire
Our coaches come from backgrounds in teaching, early childhood education, psychology, fitness, NDIS support, and sports science, some are also parents themselves. Each team member is selected for their ability to connect with children and create a safe, positive environment.
Our onboarding process includes scenario-based child safety interviews, and hands-on trial sessions.
Staff Training & Development
All team members:
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check
- Are guided through our in-house safety procedures covering venue layout, equipment handling, and safe coaching practices
- Emergency and incident response protocols
- Follow a strict Code of Conduct covering appropriate boundaries, language, and interactions
Ongoing mentoring and professional development help us ensure our team remains confident, capable, and nurturing.
Centre Managers & Senior Staff
Our centre is led by experienced managers with backgrounds in psychology, fitness, sport science and managing child-focused programs.
They are trained in emergency response, First Aid, Anaphylaxis Management, and Child Safe Practices, and are available on-site daily to support both children and families.
We also have a dedicated staff member positioned at the main entrance during class times to monitor who is entering and exiting the venue. This helps us maintain a secure environment and ensures every child is accounted for from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
