School holidays can be unpredictable, and we know families appreciate flexibility. As a family business, we have seen so many parents lose hundreds of dollars each holiday season due to strict prepayments and cancellation rules. We wanted to do things differently. Our cash payment system gives you the freedom to adjust bookings right up until the day, with no upfront costs or cancellation penalties. This simple approach makes it easier for families to plan each day in a way that works best for them.
Here is how our cash system benefits you:
• No upfront payments or cancellation fees. If your child wakes up sick, you simply do not come, and you will not be charged. We never ask for medical notes or additional paperwork.
• Full flexibility on the day. You might book a six hour session and decide to stay for two hours instead. You will only pay for the time your child attends, with no hidden or extra fees.
• Change of plans at any stage. You can increase, decrease or adjust your booking right up until the day. Our team replies within the same business day and manages unlimited booking changes.
• Ideal for first timers. If it is your child’s first visit and they decide they are not quite ready to stay, that is completely fine and there is no charge.
• Flexible session options. Choose from two hour, four hour, six hour or eight hour sessions, with extended hour options available to suit your schedule.
